A small, family-owned organic farm in Everson, Washington

Winding Road Farm
The north Puget Sound region has a well-deserved reputation for its agriculture production, but its residents are also passionate about supporting growers and our community food systems like food banks, cooperatives, farmer’s markets, and distribution hubs. We seek to participate and contribute to the growth of these community resources which both help sustain our local economy and build a more connected community through food.

We believe in being good stewards of the land we are fortunate enough to farm. Our fruit is certified organic, but we are continually seeking more holistic approaches to managing fertility, pests, and disease. We manage our wetland for riparian health and maintain our forest for wildlife habitat because we believe a healthy ecosystem benefits our land and our crops. Drip irrigation ensures we use our water resources responsibly.

We are currently growing 10 varieties of peaches, four varieties of plums, and nine varieties of sweet cherries, with plans to expand into grapes, apples, and pears in 2021. This diversity within these fruit species builds resiliency in our production system and extends our growing season. We also raise hearty Katahdin sheep for sale, both live animals and butchered portions, and pastured laying hens providing gorgeous eggs.
